User Info: HappyFrisbees. Actually yes, you can farm a few every couple minutes. I get my main two from my daimon runs. There will always be one in his chambers, and there is a couple on the way to him. After you beat the main boss Red dragon you will be required to go to gran Soren.

And in the destroyed everfall, they will give a quest to you to gather 20wakestones in the chambers. You can just keep getting them and not turn in the quest.
